How to delete your account & data
How to request deletion
In-app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and data immediately. You can also email a request from your account email to graysonkendall3@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account."
We may verify your identity before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What gets deleted
Your account record (email, display name, username).
Lesson progress and XP, leaderboard totals, and streaks.
AI practice-call scores and grades, and AI usage logs.
Friendships and team memberships. Any teams you manage are deleted along with their rosters when your account is deleted (members keep their own accounts and data).
Note: AI message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) and is subject to that provider’s retention practices; we cannot delete data held by third parties beyond what their terms provide.
What we may retain
Limited information required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes; aggregated or de-identified data; and residual copies in encrypted backups until they expire.
Timelines
In-app deletion completes immediately. For emailed requests, we acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion of active-system data within 30 days, subject to verification. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Effect of deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, progress, XP, streaks, leaderboard standing, friends, and team data. Questions: graysonkendall3@gmail.com.
